How Long will it take for my order to be shipped
It depends on your location, next day delivery within Nigeria while orders outside Nigeria take 5 – 7 working days to be processed and shipped.
Do You rent costumes outside of lagos
No. Currently, our traditional costume rental service is strictly within lagos only. However, if you live outside lagos, you are welcome to purchase any of our custom outfits for worldwide delivery.
How Long is the standard rental period?
Our Standard rental duration is 3 days. (Day 1 – Pickup/Delivery, Day 2 – Your Event, Day 3 – Return). If you need the costume for a longer period, please contact us in advance to discuss extended rental rates.
Is a security deposit required for rentals?
Yes. A refundable caution fee is required for all costume rentals. This is fee is fully refunded within 48hrs of returning the costume, provided it is returned on time and in its original, undamaged condition.
Do i need to wash the costume before returning it?
No, please do not wash it. We handle all professional dry cleaning and sanitization of our traditional attires to ensure the delicate fabrics, beads and embroidery are perfectly are perfectly preserved.
Can i request a custom-made traditional outfit for purchase
Absolutely. We design and tailor bespoke outfits for cultural events, all you have to do is send a detail of what you want alongside your measurement. We also customise handfans, caps, beaded slippers etc.
